As the title suggests, this is continued from a previous post. You are welcome to start here but you may want to start at the beginning. Your choice.

We Pose
Yes, WE pose. Sometimes the reason you feel "weird" or uncomfortable in front of my lens is that you have a bit of anxiety on how to pose. I do always suggest to my clients to practice in front of a mirror ahead of time to get rid of any jitters, but it's okay, I've got you. I will stand along side you and guide you into the poses. I will even pull up pictures on my phone to show you what I'm wanting you to do. Sometimes the poses work, sometimes they don't and that's alright too, we just pivot. If it's a huge fail I tell you- remember the first thing I said was that I tell you the truth. So on those rare occasions a pose doesn't work how I intended, we typically review the photo, have a good laugh, and try something else.

Dress Comfortably

This last one is a little less about how I help you feel good, but how you make yourself feel good.
Please don't rush the process of selecting your outfit or leave it until the last minute. Honestly this should be the first thing you do to make sure you feel good in front of the camera. Pick something that immediately makes you feel good as soon as you put it on. The fit is perfect, the texture is just right, the color compliments your features, you have shoes and accessories that go well with what you selected and it just feels right. That in and of itself is a great start to ending up with great photos.
