Pricing

Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice, however prices are locked in at the time of your booking. Your retainer is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule, the retainer may be transferred to a future date within six months from the original date.

Additional Information

All applicable contracts, questionnaires, forms, quotes or invoices will be emailed before the session date. Payment(s) may be made by credit card, ACH, or Venmo and is due by the session date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between client and photographer.

You will receive reminder email notifications when your gallery is nearing expiration. You will have the option to extend your gallery  past the expiration date one time for an additional 7 days. To extend your gallery you will need to notify me before it expires. If you still need more time after that, a $25 republishing fee will be charged for an additional 7 days.

Image Storage

Please take great care in the storage of your digital images. Lisa Cheek Photography will keep all digital images for 12 months from the date of your session. Lisa Cheek Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond her control.

Copyright Information

Lisa Cheek Photography retains the copyright to all images created. It is illegal to screenshot, copy, scan, download, print, share, or alter any image created by Lisa Cheek Photography. Images are for client's personal use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Personal use includes but is not limited to: personal social media accounts, prints, personal emails, cards and announcements, or gift items.

Anyone wishing to use images for print in publications or for any other commercial use must obtain prior written permission from Lisa Cheek Photography and my require additional fees.
